Education
· High school diploma/ GED

Special Knowledge/Skills
· Methods, procedures, equipment and tools of the building trades as they related to assigned area.
· Safety rules and building code regulations as applied to the building trades and pertaining to school facilities
· Methods of preparing a variety of surfaces for painting and finish work
Experience
· 3 – 5 years experience in building trades - painter
