Welcome to the Assessment & accountability Department!
The Hitchcock ISD Assessment & Accountability Department oversees the administration of state-mandated and district-mandated assessments. This includes:
- Coordinating the security, administration and processing of state and federally-mandated assessments.
- Develops assessments, reports, and data analysis tools that support continuous school improvement and increased student achievement
- Working with program staff throughout the district to design and conduct formative and summative program evaluations.
- State Reporting involving the submission of data reported through the Public Education Information Management System, PID Enrollment Tracking and Texas Records Exchange systems.
