State Accountability
The Texas Education Agency (TEA) issues annual accountability ratings to all public school districts and campuses, in addition to charter schools.
Ratings are based on multiple statistics, including student performance and growth data on STAAR results; graduation rates; College, Career and Military Readiness (CCMR) indicators; STAAR performance relative to demographic factors and differential among students of different racial, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. The TEA also evaluates the performance of English Learners and Special Education students.
2023-2024 ratings are delayed by court order.

Federal Report Cards
