Did you know that missing just two days a month can lead to over a year of lost instruction by the time a student graduates? This year, we are committed to ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed by strictly enforcing state attendance laws across all campuses.

If you’ve been thinking about enrolling your child in the Kids First Head Start program, now is the perfect time! For the 2024-2025 school year, starting August 12th, the program will soon be able to officially offer extended hours from 7am to 5pm each day to accommodate working parents

Hitchcock Bulldogs' standout athlete Kelshaun Johnson is set to reveal his college commitment on Monday, July 8th at 4:15 PM in the Hitchcock High School gymnasium. Kelshaun, one of our many talented players, has drawn the attention of top-tier programs including UT, Texas A&M, Arkansas, USC, and Texas Tech, receiving 24 offers to date.

The evening highlighted the hard work, dedication, and accomplishments of our seniors, while showcasing the incredibly generous hearts of our community and community members.

Hitchcock Independent School District is excited to announce the rollout of online registration system for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Using Skyward’s Online Registration we are able to streamline the process, making it easier and more efficient for families to register students.
