In case you haven't yet heard, we wanted to remind our students, parents, and guardians that we will be retesting students the week of December 5th who have not yet met the minimum requirements on previous attempts to pass the end-of-course STAAR tests.

Hitchcock ISD Communications
Hitchcock ISD will break ground September 25, 2023 on its new CTE and Fine Arts Building, among other projects at Hitchcock High School. The groundbreaking ceremony will begin at 5:30 p.m near the construction site. The public is invited to attend.

Amidst a nationwide teacher shortage with no end in sight, Hitchcock ISD has found a unique solution for a few of its toughest-to-fill teaching vacancies. Through International Expert Resources’ Teacher Exchange Program, the district was able to find three international teachers to educate our students at Hitchcock High School come August 14, 2023.
