Rules & Regulations At Bulldog Facilities

Hitchcock I.S.D. Bulldog Stadium.

We are delighted to host you at our Bulldog Stadium and hope you find our facility both safe and enjoyable. We aim to create an environment where everyone can appreciate and applaud the efforts of each group.

Please adhere to the following rules and regulations during your visit:

Rules:

  1. No outside food or beverages are allowed.
  2. No coolers or backpacks are permitted.
  3. Air horns are not allowed in the stands.
  4. Smoking or tobacco use is prohibited in or around the stadium.
  5. Firearms and weapons of any kind are prohibited by law.
  6. Re-entry to the stadium requires the purchase of another ticket.
  7. Spectators are not allowed on the field at any time.
  8. Please keep aisles and walkways clear.
  9. Loitering is not permitted.
  10. Spectators must sit in the stands and avoid standing along the gate or blocking walkways.
  11. Students may not cross to the opposite side of the stadium.
  12. Clothing deemed inappropriate by staff or that depicts gangs, drugs, weapons, or violence is not allowed.
  13. Fans must clear the stadium at the conclusion of the game.

Additional Information:

  • Gate Opening Times: Gates open 1.5 hours before game time. Home gates are in the Southwest corner; visitor gates are on the North side.
  • Re-entry Policy: Spectators cannot leave and re-enter the stadium once the game starts unless they have a valid reason and purchase another ticket.
  • Alcohol and Controlled Substances: State laws and school district policies prohibit alcoholic beverages and controlled substances.
  • Food and Drink: No outside food or drink is allowed, except for band, drill team, or cheerleaders.
  • Field Restrictions: Food, gum, sunflower seeds, and tobacco are prohibited around or on the field.
  • Tobacco Use: All tobacco products, including vapes, are prohibited on school property by state law.
  • Behavior: Spectators must sit in the stands, keep off the rails, and keep aisles clear. No crossing to the other side of the stadium is allowed for students.
  • Prohibited Items: Items such as Frisbees, balls, whistles, and air horns are not allowed.
  • Bag Policy: Large bags, backpacks, and coolers are not allowed unless authorized and are subject to search.
  • Large Items: Large signs, umbrellas, and pop-up tents must not obstruct fan viewing or safety.
  • Field Access: Only authorized personnel with a sideline pass are allowed on the field or in the field house area.
  • Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times. No playing football, chasing, or other activities that could cause injury.

Failure to comply with the rules will result in removal from the stadium.

We are excited to have you at our HISD Gymnasium and hope you find our gymnasium both safe and enjoyable. We strive to create an environment where everyone can appreciate and support the efforts of each group.
