Meet The Teacher Night, August 5th & 11th
We’re looking forward to welcoming all of our students and families back for the 2025–2026 school year! As part of our back-to-school preparations, each campus will host a Meet the Teacher event to give students and parents the opportunity to connect with teachers, tour the campus, and prepare for a successful year.
This year, we’ve scheduled events across two different evenings to help families with children on multiple campuses attend each event with less stress and overlap. HPS & SES Students may bring school supplies with them to Meet the Teacher, and families who have not yet completed online registration will have the opportunity to do so on site. CMS & HHS students should keep their supplies with them until the first day of school.
Please note: Schedule changes and corrections will not be made during these events.
Here are the dates and times for each campus:
Tuesday, August 5, 2025
- Kids First Head Start | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Crosby Middle School | 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | In The Gym
- Hitchcock High School | 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Crosby students should not bring their school supplies.
- Crosby students can also explore clubs and extracurricular opportunities during this time.
- High School students will receive preliminary schedules (final schedules and student ID badges will be issued on the first day of school). UIL paperwork will also be available.
Monday, August 11, 2025
- Stewart Elementary School | 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Hitchcock Primary School | 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
We’re proud to partner with our families and look forward to another strong year of learning and growth.
Thank you for your continued support, and we’ll see you soon!
Schedule Pickup & Class Assignments

HHS UIL paperwork will also be available for pickup during this time. Schedule changes for any campus will not be done at Meet the Teacher night.

Food & Nutrition
Hitchcock Independent School District works in partnership with Chartwells K-12 to provide all of our nutrition services to our students. All of our lunch menus are available for viewing through our this website: Lunch Menus.
Hitchcock ISD, as a whole, qualifies for state funding that allows the district to feed all HISD children three meals a day and a snack at no cost to the parents. This means your child will have breakfast, lunch, a snack, and a supper meal made available to them for free.
There are state approved snacks available for students to purchase in addition to their meals. To add money to your students lunch account, please visit: https://www.lunchmoneynow.com/lmnhck/splash.php. Once registered, you will be able to use your student's "Student ID" number found in Skyward to connect your child's lunch account and add money to it.
If you have additional questions about our dining services you can reach out to Mrs. Hengst using the information below:
