The table below shows the first and last pay dates for each employee contract length during the 2026-2027 school year.

Please Note: Pay dates are based on contract length. Employees should refer to their contract or contact the Payroll Department with any questions regarding their individual pay schedule.

Hitchcock ISD employees have 24/7 access to their payroll information through Skyward Employee Access (Qmlativ). From your account, you can securely view and print important payroll documents whenever you need them.

Within Employee Access, you can:

• View current and previous paycheck stubs
• Access annual W-2 forms
• View wage statements and earnings history
• Review payroll deductions and leave balances
• Access tax and payroll-related information

Accessing Your Payroll Information

1. Log in to Skyward Employee Access (Qmlativ) using your Hitchcock ISD credentials.
2. Select Employee Access from your dashboard.
3. Navigate to the section you need - payroll, time off, time tracking, etc.

If you experience any issues accessing your account or have questions about your payroll information, please contact the Payroll Office.

Set up or update your direct deposit to have your paycheck deposited directly into your bank account each payday. If you're a new employee or need to make changes to your banking information, please complete the Direct Deposit Authorization Form.

You can also download a Federal W-4 Employee's Withholding Certificate to update your federal income tax withholding at any time. Once completed, please return both forms to the Payroll Office.

Need to update your tax withholding? Changes to your W-4 can be submitted at any time throughout the year and will be reflected on future paychecks once processed.
